The Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation has been created to provide:

• The establishment of a memorial as a tribute to all Kentucky law enforcement officers and dedicated to the Kentucky law enforcement officers who have given their lives protecting the citizens of Kentucky since 1845.
  
  
• Assistance to Kentucky law enforcement families with education incentives for their children, hospital or medical bills or other unknown expense
